撮影・取り込んだ写真と、それにつけた記録は、すべて利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。写真が開発者のサーバーやクラウドに送られることはありません。本アプリには広告も解析ツールもなく、アカウント登録も必要ありません。
1. 写真と記録の保存場所
撮影・取り込んだ写真、およびメンバー名・グループ名・日付・会場・タグ・フォルダなどの記録は、すべて利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。開発者がこれらを閲覧・取得することはできません。
本アプリは、写真を預かるクラウド保存機能をあえて設けていません。写真が端末の外に出ないため、開発者側の事故や障害によって写真が流出・消失することはありません。
2. カメラと写真ライブラリの利用
チェキ（インスタントフォト）を撮影・取り込むため、カメラおよび写真ライブラリへのアクセス許可をお願いすることがあります。取り込んだ写真は本アプリ専用の保存領域に保存され、外部に送信されることはありません。
写真の傾き補正・光の反射の低減・仕上げの色補正は、すべて端末の中だけで行われます。処理のために写真を外部へ送ることはありません。
3. サーバーとの通信について
本アプリは、ライブの予定や出演メンバーの候補を表示するために、開発者が運営するサーバー（instaxtag.oshilife.jp）と通信します。この時に送られるのは、次のものだけです。
- 調べたい推しの名前・グループ名
- 調べたい日付
- 通信に伴って自動的に伝わる情報（IPアドレス、端末の種類など）
開発者は、これらの内容をサーバーに保存・記録していません。誰が何を調べたかを蓄積する仕組みは設けていません（サーバーの運営基盤である Cloudflare が、不正防止や障害対応のために一時的な通信記録を保持する場合があります）。
写真そのもの、および写真につけた記録が、この通信で送られることはありません。
通信できない場所でも、前回取得したメンバー一覧を使って記録を続けられます。予定の候補が表示されないだけで、アプリの利用に支障はありません。
4. アカウント登録について
本アプリはアカウント登録を必要としません。氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、生年月日などを入力していただくことはなく、開発者がこれらを取得することもありません。
5. 広告と解析について
本アプリは広告を表示しません。広告配信の仕組みを組み込んでいないため、広告識別子（IDFA）を取得することもありません。
利用状況を集計する解析ツールも使用していません。どの画面をどれだけ使ったかといった情報が開発者に送られることはありません。
6. 他のアプリへの共有について
記録した写真と文章は、利用者が「共有」を選んだ時にかぎり、iOS の共有機能を通じて X（旧 Twitter）などの他のアプリに渡すことができます。投稿するかどうかは、渡した先のアプリで利用者自身が決めます。本アプリが自動的に投稿することはありません。
渡したあとの情報の取り扱いは、渡した先のサービスの規約とポリシーによります。
7. バックアップの書き出しについて
記録は、利用者の操作によってバックアップファイルとして書き出すことができます。書き出し先は利用者が選んだ場所（他のアプリ、iCloud Drive、メールなど）であり、開発者のサーバーに送られることはありません。書き出したファイルの管理は利用者が行ってください。
8. App内課金について
有料機能をご購入いただく場合、決済は Apple の App Store を通じて処理されます。開発者がクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得・保存することはありません。本アプリでは、購入状態の確認に必要な情報のみを利用します。
有料プランを解約された場合でも、すでに記録した写真の閲覧と書き出しはできます。利用者のデータを人質にすることはありません。
9. 第三者への提供
開発者が利用者の情報を第三者へ提供・販売することはありません。
10. お子様の利用について
本アプリは、13歳未満の方を対象としたものではありません。
11. データの削除
本アプリをアンインストールすると、写真と記録はすべて端末から削除されます。開発者側にデータは残りません。削除前に残しておきたい場合は、バックアップの書き出しをご利用ください。

1. Where your photos and records are stored
Every photo you capture or import, along with the details you attach to it (member name, group, date, venue, tags, folders), is stored only on your device. The developer cannot view or obtain any of it. The app deliberately has no cloud photo storage, so your photos cannot be leaked or lost through an incident on the developer's side.
2. Camera and photo library
The app may ask for access to your camera and photo library so that you can capture or import instant photos. Imported photos are kept in the app's own storage area on your device and are never uploaded. Straightening, glare reduction and colour adjustment all run entirely on the device; photos are never sent anywhere for processing.
3. Communication with our server
To suggest live event dates and performing members, the app contacts a server operated by the developer (instaxtag.oshilife.jp). The only things sent are the name or group you are looking up, the date you are looking up, and the information that is inherently transmitted with any request (IP address, device type). The developer does not store or log these lookups; no record of who searched for what is accumulated. Cloudflare, which hosts the server, may retain short-term request logs for abuse prevention and troubleshooting. Your photos and the records attached to them are never sent in this communication. If the app cannot reach the server, it falls back to the member list fetched previously, so you can keep recording.
4. No account required
The app requires no sign-up. It never asks for your name, email address, phone number or date of birth, and the developer never obtains them.
5. No ads, no analytics
The app shows no advertising and contains no advertising SDK, so no advertising identifier (IDFA) is obtained. No analytics tools are used; information about how you use the app is never sent to the developer.
6. Sharing to other apps
A saved photo and its text can be handed to another app such as X (formerly Twitter) through the iOS share sheet, but only when you choose to share. Whether to post is decided by you in that app; this app never posts on your behalf. Once handed over, the information is governed by that service's own terms and policy.
7. Exporting a backup
You can export your records as a backup file. It goes wherever you choose (another app, iCloud Drive, email) and never to the developer's server. Managing the exported file is up to you.
8. In-app purchases
Payment for paid features is processed through Apple's App Store. The developer never obtains or stores card numbers or any other payment details, and uses only the information needed to confirm your purchase state. If you cancel a paid plan, you can still view and export the records you have already made — your data is never held hostage.
9. Sharing with third parties
The developer shares or sells no user information to third parties.
10. Children
This app is not directed at children under 13.
11. Deleting your data
Deleting the app removes all photos and records from your device. No data remains with the developer. Export a backup first if you want to keep them.
