選んだ動画は、利用者の端末の中だけで処理されます。動画や、動画に映っている人の情報が、開発者や外部のサーバーに送信されることはありません。ただし、広告配信のために利用している Google AdMob により、広告配信に必要な情報が取得される場合があります。
1. 収集する情報
開発者自身は、利用者の個人情報を収集しません。選んだ動画、人物を指定した位置、できあがった動画は、すべて利用者の端末内でのみ扱われます。開発者がこれらを閲覧・取得・外部送信することはありません。
人物を見分けて追いかける処理は、アプリに内蔵したAIが端末の中で行います。この処理は映像の中の位置を追うもので、顔による個人の識別は行いません。処理のために動画を外部へ送ることはありません。
解析ツールは使用していません。ただし、広告配信のために利用している Google AdMob が情報を取得する場合があります（第3項）。
2. 写真ライブラリの利用
動画は、iOS標準の選択画面から利用者が選んだものだけを読み込みます。アプリが写真ライブラリ全体を見ることはありません。
できあがった動画を保存するとき、写真ライブラリへの「追加」の許可をお願いします。許可しない場合、動画を保存できません。元の動画を書き換えたり削除したりすることはありません。
3. 広告について
本アプリは、広告配信のため Google AdMob を利用しています。AdMob は、広告の配信、広告効果の測定、不正利用の防止等のため、IPアドレス、端末に関する情報、広告の表示・操作に関する情報、診断情報等を取得する場合があります。取得される情報の種類と利用目的は Google のポリシーに従います。
本アプリは、トラッキングの許可をお尋ねしません。広告識別子（IDFA）を利用したトラッキングは行いません。
4. 第三者への提供
開発者が利用者の情報を第三者へ提供することはありません。広告配信に伴う情報の取り扱いは前項のとおり Google のポリシーによります。
5. お子様の利用について
本アプリは、13歳未満の方を対象としたものではありません。
6. データの削除
本アプリは、処理の途中で使う一時的なファイルのほかにデータを保存しません。アンインストールすると、それらもすべて端末から削除されます。写真ライブラリに保存した動画は、写真アプリから削除できます。開発者側にデータは残りません。

内容を変更する場合は、本ページにて改定後の内容を掲載します。

1. Information we collect
The developer collects no personal information. The video you choose, the points you tap to select a person, and the finished video are handled only on your device. The developer cannot view, obtain or transmit them.
Following the selected person through the video is done by an AI model bundled in the app and running on your device. It tracks a region in the picture and does not identify individuals by their face. No video is uploaded for processing.
No analytics are used. However, Google AdMob, used to serve ads, may obtain information (section 3).
2. Photo library
The app reads only the video you pick in the standard iOS picker; it has no access to the rest of your library. To save the finished video the app asks for add-only access to your photo library. Without it the video cannot be saved. The original video is never modified or deleted.
3. Advertising
This app uses Google AdMob to serve ads. To deliver ads, measure their performance and prevent fraud, AdMob may obtain information such as IP address, device information, ad impression and interaction data, and diagnostic information. What is collected and how it is used follows Google's policies. The app does not ask for tracking permission and does not track you using the advertising identifier (IDFA).
4. Sharing with third parties
The developer shares no user information with third parties. Advertising data is handled under Google's policies as described above.
5. Children
This app is not directed at children under 13.
6. Deleting your data
The app stores nothing other than temporary files used during processing; deleting the app removes them. Videos saved to your photo library can be deleted in the Photos app. No data remains with the developer.
